311 Panamá is the official mobile application of the Citizen Service Center of the Republic of Panama. The application is managed by the National Authority for Government Innovation (AIG). The platform serves as a single point of contact for all state institutions, providing citizens with the ability to file complaints, reports, or requests, propose ideas or suggestions, and inquire about information regarding requirements for conducting transactions with the government. The 311 platform is available, allowing citizens to access more than 8,000 levels of service agreements that measure the response times of entities to situations reported by citizens.
The platform provides assistance for various situations, including water supply interruptions or leaks, maintenance of streets, avenues, schools, and hospitals, disruptions with public transportation, health or public safety risks, complaints about garbage collection, environmental reports, and issues with medical attention, scholarships, or social benefits.
